WATERBERG

Nylsvley Nature Reserve
Nylsvley is a 4000 ha reserve lying to the East of the Waterberg between Modimolle and Mookgophong.  The rich underlying geological formations are responsible for supporting the unique biodiversity of plant and animal life.  With 365 bird species, Nylsvlei is truly one of the jewels in the Waterberg crown and an internationally renowned RAMSAR site.  The Reserve is open year-round with well appointed self-catering accommodation.  Malaria-free.

CAPRICORN

The Provincial capital, Polokwane – meaning “Place of Safety” lies in the centre of the Capricorn Region and is one of the fastest growing centres in South Africa.  Polokwane is also known for its numerous museums and art exhibitions.

The Capricorn Area is a blend of cultures, mountains and pristine forests, and rich in history.  Several museums as well as the Bakona Malapa Northern Sotho open-air cultural museum, are part of the highlights of a visit to the Capital of the North.  The Polokwane Art Museum is another highlight with over 800 original pieces of art. 
Gemco Arts and Crafts is a must stop for any visitor to Polokwane, with a wide variety of curios, art and gemstones.
Also known as the shopping hub of the North, several high class shopping malls are available for exclusive shopping, with the Mall of the North consisting of 180 shops for one of the best shopping experiences in South Africa.

MOPANI

Truly one of last unspoilt corners of Arica and the heart of South Africa – with friendly people, breathtaking scenery and different cultures thrown together to give one the opportunity to become part of this beautiful land. 

Mopani District in Limpopo Province is both striking and dynamic, rich in wildlife and the centre of major tropical fruit farms.  The Drakensberg which begins in the Eastern Cape Province ends here.  The largest portion of the Kruger National Park is at our doorstep, while the greatest area of private game reserves also forms part of this beautiful land.

VHEMBE

Vast Wilderness area…
The Vhembe district is home to the Zoutpansberg mountain range, stretching from east to west across the northern reaches of the Limpopo Province – unique in the splendour and beauty of this vast wilderness area. With between 380-400 bird species  across the Zoutpansberg area – together with the Limpopo river in the north, this makes for one of south Africa’s prime birding sites.

Proclaimed as the Vhembe Biosphere Reserve in 2009 to protect the unique ecology of the region -  this vast area is home to 594 tree species, 380 bird species, 145 mammal species, 250 butterfly species, 40 fish species and 116 reptile species.

Still highly undiscovered by tourists, this makes for a fantastic Soul Holiday where nature is medicine for the soul.
